AT THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF QUEBEC AND THE HOUSE OF COMMONS OF CANADA

1. The rights and freedoms of Rock Guimont have not been respected, according to the Canadian Charter, Section 11/D. Any person charged with an offence has the right to a fair and public hearing.
2. The hearing turned out to be unfair, since the defence lawyers were close friends of plaintiff, the crown's prosecutor.
3. Indisputable proofs of the false victim and the crown's withnesse's perjuries have reveled this was an abusive and spiteful lawsuit.
4. The 911 call, an irrefutable proof of perjuring, has been disregarded by the legal authorities. The false victim was never confronted to this call.
5. The family relationship between Rock Guimont and the Then-Attorney General of Quebec was left unmentioned, even though a family dispute had been going on for years. The conflict of interest was not mentioned during the procedures.

This petition will be submitted to the Minister of Justice of Quebec and the Minister of Justice of Canada to ask for:

1. A public inquiry that will show the serious legal faults committed in this criminal case.
2. A judgment acknowledging that rock guimont's fundamental rights have disrespected.
